Coquito
Coconut eggnog, a national tradition in Puerto Rico, this is the quintessential holiday drink.
Serves: 14 People - 8 oz. Servings

Ingredientes / Ingredients

4 cans (12 oz. each) of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans (15 oz. each) of coconut cream
2 tsp. of vanilla
2 tsp. of cinnamon
6 egg yolks
1 bottle of Rum (750 ml)
1/2 cap of Brandy

What to do!

1. Whip the 6 egg yolks in a small container by hand.
2. Blend the following separately in a bigger container:
1 can of evaporated milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
3. Add the following:
Whipped yolks, 3 cans evaporated milk, condensed milk, coconut cream and the Brandy.
4. And last, add the rum.


Refrigerate and served chilled!
